Avoid Gracious Home for all services (lighting, decor, etc.) other than buying an item in their hardware store. They are three to four times more expensive than any other place that offers similar services and unless you spend greater than $25K, they'll treat you like garbage. Their installers are sloppy and rude and their store employees and managers are abusive. i regret using them and will never shop there again, with the exception of the hardware store. In a word they are AWFUL.
