Outstanding!

First, the new graff store on Madison is way more elegant than Van Cleef and Winston which look outdated, old fashioned. Same with staff. Why upscale jewelry retailes always have old unfriendly sales staff. Here again, Graff plays in a different league. Customer experience at Graff is also a much better one than Van Cleef and Winston. They really treat you well and are extremely knoweldgable on stones. By the way, the stone selection is the most impressive one I have seen in New York. Their London store is also the best one in town.
