I cannot speak highly enough about H Optics and the amazing service I've received! Last year, I got the news that I needed bi-focals...ugh. Up until then, I wore contacts almost all the time. The optometrist at Lens Crafters said that contacts were out of the question for me, and the rest of the staff was equally un-helpful. Not at H Optics. Clinton Ho found a perfect pair of contacts for me (and carefully explained the multiple types and options available), and I got a great pair of frames that fit my narrow face perfectly. Throughout the entire process, all costs and options were explained, and they honored my vision insurance. I can honestly say I have never had such great service at any eyecare vendor, and I've been wearing glasses and contacts for 35 years!
