...but I AM a loyal fan of H&H. They never run out of bagels, they're always fresh, and ALWAYS tasty. Service is quick and easy, which is great if you don't have time to run across the street to Zabar's. Which, by the way, "brownshaun," gets theirs delivered fresh daily from....you guessed it....H&H. :)

Definition of overrated and overhyped. A bagel is only as good as its spreads. Even after bringing one of these bagels to the office, toasting it, and adding cream cheese, it satisfied me. . . but just as any other bagel would. There is absolutely nothing special about this bagel. If it had been amazing, that would justify their schtick a lil, but it's just a run of the mill bagel. And the workers were rude. I'd much rather walk across to Zabars and pick up one of their bagels.
