I had such a great time shopping at Intermix In NYC this past weekend! The sales staff was right on point the whole time and dressed me head to toe in amazing outfits, I couldn't resist buying a few and promising to come back soon for my Holiday shopping! Intermix has everything a girl could need to fill their wardrobe with the latest fashions!

Intermix is a fun shopping experience, the store is like the closet I wish I had. The boutique aims to provide the best examples of current trends, and even start some new ones. The pieces often have a high price point, so I go to storeadore.com to receive fifty dollars off any online purchase of three hundred or more.

The Prada jacket I bought at Intermix on Madison was lost by UPS. Prior to this, I enjoyed my shopping experience. Everyone seemed eager to assist, although on the sales floor, my associate was clearly trolling for dollars, which compelled me to seek help from others. Once the jacket went missing, my saleswoman denied me help, and a stock rep protested that it was "in transit." A manager initially declined to request a trace because of this false report. The black coat was later described as white to UPS. No one offered to locate a replacement or to do more than refund my money. Calls to an owner went unanswered. Telephone tag with a district sales rep ultimately proved disappointing. I received nothing beyond voicemail expressing shock, dismay, and a desire to serve me again. Only two of 22 Intermix stores had bought that coat, and the other coat in my size had sold. Prada shared that it was "no longer going forward" with Intermix. The youthful demographic Intermix serves should thrive if cash or credit permit shopping here for trendwear and if N.Y.C. tax is paid and merchandise taken, not shipped.
