Jensen Lewis, Poor Quailty and Customer Service
By carlandrews on 12/20/2010
I purchased over 5,000 of furniture from Jensen Lewis two years ago. A Round White Lacquer Dining table, a White Lacquer entertainment console, and a White Lacquer Dresser. They delivered the dining table damaged, it had marks from the plastic and did not come out. They sent their 'furniture inspector' to see this, and agreed with me it was damaged. Weeks later they sent a replacement. I did not see any markings, and I signed the delivery slip. Two weeks later, when I was dusting I saw there was a chip on the table, and called the manager of the 16th street store, and he was rude, saying that I did it. I explained I have not even used the table yet, as I only use it when I have company, and he basically blew me off, saying I threw something on the table, which is not he case. It began to peel. Now after two years, my entertainment unit is also peeling! There is a print on the doors, and this print is chipping and peeling away. Though the unit is stunning, it is poor quality. The dresser thus far is fine, and clearly made by another vendor of Jensen Lewis. Their prices are reasonable, but the quality is poor. For the manager to be so rude, is another issue in itself. Try Room and Board for much better quality and Customer Service. I regret my purchase and will never deal with Jensen Lewis again.
Quality Contemporary Leather Galore

Best selection of quality contemporary leather sofas in New York. They also have a selection of leathers that are second to none. Had to wait 8 weeks to get delivery of the Malibu sofa I ordered, but well worth it since it's going to be around for many years.

Great desk - arrived right on schedule, and we opted to pick it up instead of having it delivered - easy assembly, no problems!
