I bought a head band for $4.99 at the Echelon mall in NJ. It looked fine and I had no intention of taking it back, so I tossed the receipt. When I finally tried to wear it about a month later, it broke as pulled it over my head. I went back to the store then called their "customer service" thinking I would at least be able to get a store credit (since I still had the tag and price attached), but was told without a receipt nothing can be done; I am just stuck with their piece of junk. I will NEVER shop there again, and will surely let friends and family know. Reputable stores stand behind their product 100% - receipt or not!

There may be a colorful array of trendy looking items, but they are made like crap and the company does not stand by their merchandise. My daughter wore a pair of leggings once and they got pulls and runs in them. I brought them back and am still fighting for a refund that I keep being told I won't get because I no longer have the original receipt. I will never recommend this store unless you want/need disposable clothing -- literally!

This shop has shirts say, "You Can Beat Me, You Can Abuse Me, But Don't Touch My Hair Or I'll Kill You." I will never shop here until they remove these shirts.

I went to this store today and it is great! They have a great selection of trendy clothes for awesome prices! Were talking sparkling pleats for $15 and initialed velour seperates for $15 as well (for those not willing to dish out for Juicy Couture). My mom got this fab faux fur coat for $35 and I got these adorable silver stilletos for $30 (which looked very similar to a pair I wanted from Giuseppe Zanotti which cost about $500). All in all this is a great place. It is a bit cramped (you have to squeeze through the racks) but if you can get over that, you'll find great clothes at killer prices.
