Good people, Good price

LeKarr- sorry you had that experience because mine was quite different. The salesperson that helped me was very informative and gladly walked me through the store's selection, telling me about the companies and pieces. I got a lower price on the watch i bought at Kenjo than at any other store. And I went back to buy a pre-owned watch which was really a bargain! I recommend it to my friends too.

Awful service ... with an attitude

If lessons were taught about how to make a customer feel alienated and belittled, Kenjo staff would be professors. The saleswoman I dealt with left her magazine reluctantly to show me the watch I was interested in. She offered no advice and somehow managed arrogance despite so little knowledge about her products. Lower prices might somehow make up for this awful environment if they were actually low. I was constantly quoted retail and haggling didn't cut the price much anyway. While the selection is decent, it's better at Torneau, right around the corner. The salepeople there actually want to show you products and encourage you to try it on. Do yourself a a favor and shop anywhere but here. While the Grazi brothers who own the store may love watches, they have created an awful environment for their fellow watch lover.
