That's so unfortunate that the other writer had such a bad experience! Hopefully it was just that specific location, and perhaps they have taken steps to amend that situation. I visited the shop in Dubai, and the staff was so lovely! I walked out of there with 5 new gorgeous bags, and they are simply exquisite. I recently went to the Lana Marks boutique in New York and was very impressed. Everyone was so helpful. The bags were beautiful and the quality was outstanding. After weeks of looking for the perfect bag for my engagement party, I found it here. I have never seen classic bags available in such vibrant colors. I ordered the perfect clutch and everyone loved it! I know I will have this piece for a long time and hopefully I can become a collector!

Nice bags but horrendous service!!

My husband and I were in the Palm Beach boutique admiring a particular bag. We were told that the color and style we wanted was at another store and we would receive it in a week. 1 month later no bag, so we called the boutique and were told by the salesperson that since she did not sell us the bag she couldn't help us. I then called the corporate headquarters and after leaving a couple of messages they finally called us back to say the bag had to be made for us and it would be there soon. 2 months later we received our $10,000 bag carelessly wrapped and with a 2 inch scratch on the front. After filing claims with Amex and returning the bag to the headquarters Lana Marks wrote us a letter stating that we could only get a store credit and that "there was nothing wrong with the bag" when there was clearly a large scratch on it. You can expect a better product and quality of service at Hermes so why not go there?
