I needed a new seat pole for my old bicycle and had Landmark recommended to me. I dropped by and they checked my bike out and said they had the right seat pole for me, sold it and fitted it. After a few days the pole slid right down into the frame.. i dropped by the store and they raised it and said it should be fine, it wasnt. This process repeated twice over then last week they told me they'd need to grind down my frame to fit the pole. hmmm.. then tonight i had a flat and dropped by another bike store for a new tube and while there, explained the seat pole problem. The other mechanic whipped it out and informed me id been sold the wrong size and threw the right one in for me which worked right away without grinding the frame. I went back to Landmark and told them that the problem was that theyd sold me the wrong seat pole and wanted my money back. they said they couldnt do it as it was now used. I argued that it was used as they had sold it to me, AS THE RIGHT POLE!! and that i had been back three times trying to rectify the issue since. Landmark said i should have come back a fourth time and that it was my bad.. ha!! of the 15 i had paid for the bike pole, landmark wanted to give me 10.. so we stood there arguing over five dollars.. it was a shitty experience.. in the end i got the fifteen back and said sayonara..
