Bought several lights here at considerable expense. Supposed to arrive in 6 weeks, but took more than 12. When they arrived color was wrong and shade was wrong. I was told a return would be possible, but after 3 months more delay, was told that neither the shade nor the lights could be returned. Throughout the customer service was poor, my calls were not returned, and at the end of the day I ended up with $2000 worth of lights that I had not ordered. I had been warned by others that customer service at Lee's was deplorable, but foolishly pushed ahead with my purchase. Do not make the same mistake. Incidentally, it is a good place to look for lights that you subsequently order on-line where they are cheaper, quicker, and far more pleasant.

I placed an order for a designer floor lamp which costs me a couple thousand bucks. I was told it would arrive in 3-4 weeks. I called the store after waiting more than 1 month and not hearing from the store. The person who answered the phone was rude and unapologetic. Apparently, my lamp was never in stock and it had to be reordered from the country of origin, Italy. The guy gave me big attitude about not knowing when it will arrive due to homeland security issues and other bogus excuses. It is unacceptable service!!! When I asked to talk to his manager he gave me more attitude saying there will be no use in complaining. My friend called for me as well the following day to pursue this further and got the same bad attitude from a different person who answered the phone. These guys should not be in business for the lack of customer service I received. I won't recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy designer products.
