The manager of the store chose to ignore me for the first 15 mins as he probably assumed that I was not likely to make a purchase. He had no interest in answering questions, and answered him half heartedly as if to say - you're wasting my time. He did run to other customers though (so its not like that was his general attitude!). Needless to say, I'll be taking my business some other place. Buy Buy Baby even though much larger offers better service.

I am in the final phases of stroller shopping for my first child and went to Little Folks to see a particular stroller that not many New York stores carry. The good news is that this is the biggest stroller selection I've seen in New York - Bugaboo, I'coo, UppaBaby, etc. and a great chance to compare features side by side. Bad news is that they are so crowded into a balcony space that you can't really push them around. Come informed - the salesman there could have cared less... I asked him to demonstrate the features of a particular stroller and learned more from watching a video online! He couldn't be bothered to find some fabric swatches, which I found myself... There are some nice products in the store, but it's a complete wreck and don't expect to be asked if you need help anytime soon. My advice: if you live in New York come here to compare strollers, but shop elsewhere. I can't imagine these folks caring about customer relations or providing any sort of future customer service.
