Worst store in Manhattan

The thing I find the most amusing at Macy's are the signs above the cash register's "Customer Service", everytime I walk into that store I swear I will never go back. There is never anyone to help you, and it's a mess. I've tried many times to give it another chance, since it's convient to where I work, but everytime I do I leave empty handed and telling myself I will never go back.

Just a head's up to everyone especially in 34 st who has plans to buy stuff with warranty from Macy's and in my case a mattress , never buy a mattress from them, they will always find a way to void your warranty and they never advise you at the beginning on how it works , My mattress is literally broken after 5 years and it wasn't a cheap mattress but a very expensive twin one. So now I have to spend again another 700$ to buy new mattress and definitely not from Macy's. Make sure you read their policy before buying in case you really need to buy from them .

Some Hints:

  • The best reviews give a clear sense of why you liked or disliked a restaurant, bar, or store. And that means details. Mention specifics dishes, type of crowd, pros and cons...
  • If it's helpful to compare one place to another, go for it.
  • Come up with clever, funny, pithy subject lines, and write in the first person.
  • Don't forget to read the user rating guidelines and rules.
