I brought my favorite cashmere sweater, 2 women's wool coats, and my husband's favorite wool coat here for a cleaning. I was nervous in entrusting these to a cleaner - we've all heard or read horror stories of a bad dry cleaner, but so glad I came here. I spoke with Jean a few times on the phone and she was great at keeping me updated and everything was ready a little more than a week later, and one day ahead of schedule. The coats each looked amazing, even my husband's wool coat looked new! My cashmere sweater looks, feels, and smells amazing. I don't usualy go out of my way to write a review, but for Meurice, I have to. Very good work and even better customer service here.

About two weeks ago I found myself in a situation where my I had to have my Prada tie cleaned. I know how delicate Prada ties can be so I was really concerned on trusting it with someone else, but the job had to be done. After doing some research I decided to go to Meurice as they seemed to have the best track record out of the cleaners I researched. I gave my tie over to them still a bit wary as this was a valuable tie, but I trusted the reviews I read. After a couple of agonizing days not knowing the fate of my cherished tie I received a phone call saying that my tie was ready. When my Prada tie was back in my possession I couldn't have been more relieved that no only was it cleaned, it look better than I ever could have imagined. Definitely recommend Meurice Garment Care to anyone who has a valuable piece that needs cleaning or restoration!

I was referred to Meurice by a good friend of mine after I had an unsightly wine stain on the bottom of one of my favorite dresses. I took my friends advice and went to Meurice for the job. May I say that the professionalism on Meurice's end was superb throughout the entire process. I want to personally than Jean for all her help on answering every question I had and giving me updates on the status of my dress whenever I asked. Most importantly when I got the dress back (approximately one week later) the dress looked fantastic!

I bought my dress at a sample sale so it was pretty grubby, had some loose beadwork, and was badly in need of a hem. On my wedding day ithe gown looked absolutely gorgeous! Excellent work, and the staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating. Maybe a little pricey, depending on your budget, but I actually paid less than I expected to.

Last December my mother passed away. I got engaged the very same day. While it was bittersweet, I knew I wanted to figure out a way to incorporate my mother into my wedding. I planned to wear the dress she was married in. When I opened the box it had been in, it was a nice shade of brown. Not exactly the wedding white I was going for. I found Meurice through reviews and read about their process of restoring gowns. When I brought the dress in Marc said they would take good care of it. Parting with it was hard but he put me at ease. When I went back, the dress was white, gorgeous and again, bittersweet. My mom would have been proud to see me in it. After the tailor did a few changes, I went to pick it up and my friends at Meurice bought us a beautiful gift, amazing. I trust Meurice Garment Care and Marc with everything now. I not only felt beautiful on my wedding day, I feel great every time I get something done there. They are professional, attentive, trust worthy and really good at what they do.

They must be desperate for money. Not only did they charge my credit card without my permission, they also charged me for items that weren't even cleaned. This was a terrible experience. I would NEVER go back. Make sure you look over your bill! They claimed they have an authorization form on file, but have failed to present any such form -- because I never signed one. Totally CORRUPT

BEWARE! They ruined my husband's favorite shirt. He stained it with coffee, so I found 'professionals' who would fix it. I paid $35 and change to dry clean it, I usually pay $8/shirt, but this one was special and expensive $300, I wanted to make sure the stains were completely gone. However, when I got the shirt back, it was folded, so I did not even see if the stains were gone, but the shirt's collar was covered in black polka dots in random places, which looked as if the material was very hard pressed, melted, burned (it was pressed so hard that the collar was as thin as a piece of paper!!!). It looked awful and literally burned. They picked the shirt up from me to take a look, and for 2 days nobody called me back. I called myself and was speaking to a manager Levy through a receptionist. He said it looked to him like a pattern and was probably part of the original design. I explained it was not a pattern and not part of the design, it looked burned. I bought the exact same shirt for my dad in M size, and it is not even a question whether the burned dots is a design on this shirt. IT IS NOT. I spent over $35 to dry clean it, because it was our favorite, and they completely ruined it. I just cannot believe it. Today I was told that the owner will call me tomorrow. I want to hear what he has to say. But if you care about your things, do not use this company, because as others mentioned here as well, they press shirts the wrong way. I am very upset.
