Horrible Service

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! This was my third location in less than a week and sad to say they provided horrible horrible customer service. I stopped in this evening to do an exchange and get my watch sized since I had already experienced bad service at their 61st & Madison location. I explained to the supervisor/manager that I went to their other location to get my watch sized and the sales girl actually scratched the gold band. I'm very particular about my watches as a collector. If my watch is going to have any scratches THEY WILL COME FROM ME & ONLY ME. I hadn't even had the chance to wear the watch yet and he responded "Oh you know its going to get scratched anyway." I couldn't believe the nerve this person had to say such a thing. Its the principle of the matter. I obviously know it won't stay perfect, but I don't appreciate my BRAND NEW christmas present having any scratches as such when I haven't even wore it yet. I've never liked MK and was shocked when I received a MK watch, but gave it a chance. After the horrible experience I've had at THREE DIFFERENT locations I don't think I will be shopping there EVER. Is it so hard to receive proper service these days??? Who's hiring these people to work in the service industry when they have zero customer service skills?!
