We brought in a pair of frames for which we ordered new lenses in April. We STILL have not received them, and they will not return our phone calls. We have been calling every week or two since June and have gotten the run around. First they said the glasses were still being processed. Then they said they had been filed under the wrong name. Later they said they were waiting for a part (which makes no sense, since the glasses did not need repair). Now they won't return calls, or take messages for the office manager. My insurance company has been treated in the same way. The office workers say that the office manager, Brad, has limited hours --from 12:30 to 3:30 or to 4:30 daily or only on certain days, depending on whom you talk to--but if you call at 1 pm, Brad, who presumably just got to work, is "on lunch." Also, the staff says they will "do not take messages" for Brad. They have terrible customer services; they have not responded to any phone calls; their office manager is like a ghost; and no one seems to be concerned about the unprofessionalism of their company. Hope they go out of business.
