great frames; lousy service

As the editorial review mentions, they have an amazing selection of frames. And the girls who work there are very sweet. However, their service leaves something to be desired. Minutes after walking out of the store after ordering my glasses, the girl who helped me called to ask me to come back for a measurement. A few days later, they called again, needing another measurement. When I explained that I wouldn't be able to make it in during the hours their optometrist was in for a while, I asked them to hold off on putting the order through. They went ahead and submitted it anyway. When I finally came in to pick up my glasses, I had to return yet again (!!!), because they hadn't given me a case. If I were to do it all again, I'd just buy the frames there and leave the lenses to someone else. As my boyfriend put it, if the girls who worked there weren't working at Modo, they'd be working in a shoe store.
