I think the Nicole Miller bridal gowns look beautiful...if only they would let me see them!! They told me that because my wedding is next year, they will NOT even allow me to see them until October at the earliest...6 months away! I explained that I merely wanted to look at them and try some on to see what they looked like in person and if they were along the lines of what I was looking for ... and they responded by saying I could go to their website instead!! If they want people to come to their store they had better rethink their customer service.
THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.....

I bought my wedding dress here and loved the dress. Unfortunately, the don't do alterations on site but referred me to the Village Tailor to have the dress taken in. I assumed, wrongly, that they would send me to a reputable place. The Village Tailor ruined the dress with barely enough time (less than 48 hours) for another tailor to try and repair the mistakes. Needless to say, my wedding dress did not fit well on my wedding day. I would expect that if they are not going to do in house alterations that they at least refer out to high quality establishments.

I was looking for a cool outfit for a date and couldn't find anything - her designs are either too busy or not that well made.
