The best jeweler in town!
By nymiki on 12/2/2011
My family and I have been customers of this store for over 30 years. Their honesty and reliability are without question. They have the highest quality merchandise and can design or help you find something they might not have in their extensive inventory. We have been amazed and delighted in the past when looking at 2 options, one more expensive than the other when it was suggested to buy the less expensive piece of jewelry. Their reason was I would get more wear out of one piece than the other. They care about long continuing relationships, not the quick buck. Just one look at how busy they are compared to the many others around them should be testament to their outstanding selections and services. Prices are always very competitive too!
The only ones I trust on 47th Street

I've been a customer of Norman Landsberg for the past 20 years and have always been pleased with the service and quality of their work. The sales staff is trustworthy and works hard to provide value for my limited budget. I would definitely recommend them and their ethics and have only good things to say.

Bought my engagement ring from them, had it made by a designer that they recommended. After having it for a few days we started noticing that there were a few problems. Ring head was off center, prongs were bent and many other flaws. When we took back the ring to return it, they wouldn't take it back and actually blamed us for banging the ring and damaging it. I don't know about you but how often does platinum just bend, dent, and separate. Needless to say we will never go back and will never recommend.
A gem of a Jeweler in the Diamond District.

I have been going to Norman Landsberg for all my jewelry shopping and gifts. I don't think there is anyone better in New York for great prices and quality jewelry.
