funny was actual working one day when i stopped in and picked up some fresh shirts from this store... yea the lady in the store has this funny type look but i can understand it nyc so hey.. but once i talked with her. she became kool and just fun.. i have to say i have been going back for about 3 years now and if something seems expensive talk to her. one thing i do like about this store.. its not an H&M and all those other spots where when you buy something every one else has it.. any how thats just my 2cents... check out the store.....

I recently bought an Okuta handbag from owner Cella at Nypull. Cella told me that all the items in store are a collab between her and the designer, exclusive to her store, and that the bag I bought was one of a kind. Not true. I recognized a Knox bag. I recognized Jeffrey Campbell shoes. It wasn’t until I left that I realized how this contradicted Cella’s story. And it turns out my bag which was "by a brand new designer" who was "so new she doesn't even have a website yet" is in fact on Okuta's site (http://www.okutabags.com/). Prices aren't listed on their site, so I'm not sure if I overpaid, but I am extremely disappointed in Cella's service. On top of that, I realized after I left the store that the bag had been bleached by the sun after sitting in the window display. The bag is surely beautiful and of great quality, but I don't appreciate being hussled. Though the store selection is expansive, the owner is dishonest. I don’t recommend this store to anybody who treasures their hard-earned dollar or their dignity.
