My 12 year old daughter wanted a pair of Dulce Vita - silver bow, ballet schools. They were $132 but it was her birthday. Three weeks ago we had to bring them to the shoemaker ($35). Today we went to get a new pair hoping for some consideration. We were told-"What doyou expect they are junk. Call the manufacturer." After wegot home my daughter told me that they were making funof us. I called back and spoke to the store manager., Dana Ford. She said - "Sorry, I can't do anything for you.: I guess it's to much to expect decent ballet shoes for $130. I just wished they had said - what do you expect before they sold them to us.

I recommend the Soho location. The staffs are helpful and nice, but they are not pushy. Very cute casual clothing, underwear, swimwear, accessories... They have everything girlish and cute.
