Paul Smith has been making Brits smile for years. For transplants or those of us with a quirky sartorial bent, one just cannot miss this shop - especially during their seasonal sale periods.

Hell, why should Paul stay in NYC this summer or bother with the Hamptons when he can score his daddy’s guest house. Just be polite to clean the mess and of course the evidence. http://scallywagandvagabond.com/2010/06/the-best-12k-i-spent-in-connecticut/

Some Hints:

  • The best reviews give a clear sense of why you liked or disliked a restaurant, bar, or store. And that means details. Mention specifics dishes, type of crowd, pros and cons...
  • If it's helpful to compare one place to another, go for it.
  • Come up with clever, funny, pithy subject lines, and write in the first person.
  • Don't forget to read the user rating guidelines and rules.
