you look at most of the drab designs out there. His high end is far better than the lower end apparels. . . sprite for an adult . . . whimsical . . . classy . . .

Paul Smith has been making Brits smile for years. For transplants or those of us with a quirky sartorial bent, one just cannot miss this shop - especially during their seasonal sale periods.
