  • No, I would not go back!

If you expect Christinia one of the salespersons at Prada Madison to find your needed item that is not at the store she works in, forget it. She actually LIES and says that the item is sold out across the country, when the item actually was at the 5th Avenue store which I luckily found through my own telephone inquiry. What is wrong with these people?? Extremely snooty sales people. Apparently they forgot why they were hired. If you don't continue to use the same salesperson all the time they will refuse to wait on you. For presales, they were calling customers up in front of me, but refused to acknowledge that the presale was that day and because I didn't have a regular salesperson, the merchandise that I wanted was at another Prada which they refused to order for me until I called for the manager of the store. Their loyalty to their customers is so endearing. (Ha Ha). None of the Prada sales people in the other NY stores are very good but the Madison store is the worst.
