My husband and I have always worn Prada shoes, it’s a habit we wouldn’t change. Having breakfast during the morning, wearing Prada during the day. Not long ago we decided to take a trip to Barcelona, Spain, a city we love. Every time we go there one of the obliged stops is Santa Eulalia Store, where we can find the best Prada Barcelona shoes for my husband, you should check it out, it’s an amazing store. http://www.santaeulalia.com/en/

the 5th avenue store is much better

In my experience, the 5th Avenue/57th St. store has much better service and merchandise selection. Somehow the Soho store, even though is called "the Flagship" always has less sizes/variety and the service is not as good, unless you talk to the fabulous Pierre, who is nice, serviceable and knowledgeable. I love Prada the design of the Soho store, but to buy my Prada shoes, I'll go back to the 5th ave store.

  • No, I would not go back!

I brought my Prada purse in to be repaired about five weeks ago and when I did, I left my cell phone number. I since changed my cell phone number and have now called three times to confim that my number has been updated so that the store calls the correct number when my purse gets back. (I wanted to speak to the customer service person each time, but he apparently is never available). The woman on the phone informed me that they still had my old number on file and had then had nerve to be very rude to me. I told her that I don't like that the store has my expensive purse and won't do what they say they'll do (update my cell phone number or let me speak to the customer service rep). She was nasty and couldn't care less. Prada bags should not break and if they do, the workers at Prada should not be nasty. I do not recommend this location for service.

  • No, I would not go back!

My daughter and I went into the Soho store admiring the dresses in the window,,we had just finished Easter lunch at Balthazar,,very dressed up and happy only to search for the retail help went unanswered,,once we finally did find a shop girl,,the girl was so rude and flippant we left immediately,,,we were truly interested in the beige dressses that over-whelmed the windows but it was too much trouble for anyone to find the dress for us to see and feel,,,,finally under a shrug of her shoulder she said she might be able to take off manequin,,but we had lost interest and I thought it was horrible experience. I have bought many Prada accessories (shoes and handbags) but was so turned off I wanted to let someone know. Service is back if Prada hasn't heard.
