  • No, I would not go back!

Obviously my dog was not* bleeding to death at the time but she has no right and knowledge to say that my dog is okay.

Horrifying grooming experience

  • No, I would not go back!

My dog was groomed here for the first time last weekend by a woman named Andrea or Andreana (not exactly sure because it wasn't an English name). During the grooming, tip of my dog's tongue was snipped off which I didn't know about until I went to the store to pick her up. The owner tried to handle the situation in a good manner and felt they were responsible for any consequences. I understand accidents can happen at any time to anyone. But what I didn't understand and what really angered me was the way the groomer handled the situation. She didn't call me right after the injury happened. It was only when I went to the shop to pick my dog up that the groomer spoke to me about my dog's little 'difference' to her tongue which she meant to say was 'injury' not a difference. Then, she kept on saying my dog is okay now. Obviously my dog was bleeding to death at the time but she has no right and knowledge to say that my dog is okay. She's not a vet. She's a groomer. She was so busy giving me excuses to cover up the accident that I just couldn't deal with her. I wanted her sincere apology the next day which I had to call the shop to speak to her, she finally said sorry but she continued on giving me excuses again and I didn't feel her apology was sincere at all. She is just not a person to be working as a groomer who really needs to care and love dogs. I feel sorry for Pup Culture that they have a groomer like her because it was a complete disappointment and disaster.
