Utter overpriced crap

  • No, I would not go back!

Bought an item from the GCT location, and it completely failed to fulfill its intended purpose. I took it back, and the salesperson pointed to a tiny little sign next to the register stating "no refunds - exchange or store credit only." Let's see, the first thing I buy doesn't function AT ALL, and I'm supposed to exchange it for a different piece of junk because you already have my money? No, sorry, this is one charge I'll happily dispute with my credit card company. Thanks for the hassle. My advice: avoid this company like the plague.
