Bad Quality - Terrible Customer Service
By PetC on 12/2/2011
I purchased a few things from this store for my girlfriend (the items were not cheap). The handbag I purchased ended up coming apart within a few days and they would let me return it for a refund or even store credit. For a small neighborhood shop this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality and customer service.
My favorite store

This store is amazing-- I've never had a bad experience here. The people who work there are really helpful and helped me find the perfect clothes for my new job. What I bought from there has really lasted. The clothes can be expensive, but there's almost always a sale and they have an outlet nearby. I got really cute gold sven rainboots there this fall and they've lasted me all winter long. I find really unique clothes each time I go.
HORRID EXPERIENCE, INSOLENT OWNER, PLAIN RUDE!!!

I bought a belt from them for over $150.00 walked out the store in the day light and noticed it was ripped, went immediately into the store to return it and they would not let me return it, i asked to speak to the owner and she would not get on the phone with me. Also bought a top and notice after second wear buttons falling off, just a right mess, i find the owner INSOLENT, very bad manners, sweet when persuing your purse but once she has the bait, she bites your fingers off, overpriced. Great goods but just poor sport and unprofessionalism. Would never go back in there, spent over $1000.+, oh how they loved me then. :-(
Worth a sneak peek!

Great place for unique purchases and Items. This exact location has recently become the outlet because another redberi opened, up the block and price points are higher there. Great place to look if you want to get away from the mass production of H&M and other retail. Great customer service and help, prices slashed down to a more reasonable range. I brought this beautiful purple vintage victorian inspired shift for $78 that was origianlly marked @ $328. The only thing is that it CAN NOT BE RETURNED, so try it on and make sure you LOVE IT, only that will guarantee your satisfaction.
