Not knowing much about jewelery shops in NYC, my fiancee and I decided to search the internet to find a place to buy wedding bands. We and made a list of 3 places that sounded good (Reinerland included), decided on a date, and set out to compare the shops. After a full day of shopping, we decided on Reinerland, mainly because of its super friendly staff and beatiful unique designs. Tired from a day of shopping, but determined to settle things that day, we returned with Cristina, who had showed us the rings earlier. We payed a deposit and were told that the rings would take about 2 weeks because they would be hand-making them for us. (custom made rings, awesome). About 10 days later Cristina called me to tell me that they were ready! We returned to the shop shortly after that, and there, we met Reiner, Cristina's husband. He showed us the rings and wanted to make sure that the size was OK on them. My fiancee's ring was a little too tight, but he adjusted it for us in less than 5 minutes and now it fits perfectly. We are extremely happy that we bought our rings here. They are beautifully handmade with an atypical hammered look and they were very reasonably priced. In addition, Cristina and Reiner were both very easy going and we felt comfortable with them. Highly recommended!
