I hadnt planned on shopping at RK Bridal for my dress but after feeling like we wasted the day with a horrific experience at The Bridal Garden, we stopped in just to see what it was about. One consultant stood while watching her with other brides, two different brides each in perfect dresses! Sheryl sized me up right away; I could see the wheels churning as she methodically brought in dresses from her well commanded inventory. She chose the order of the dresses for me to try on, I have no doubt she knew exactly what she was doing. My mother and I were taken by the first dress before she clipped me in! We tried about 15 more dresses, even though Sheryl knew that first dress was the one, she had all the patients in the world while encouraging me to consider some others and knowing when something just didnt work. I highly suggest paying Sheryl a visit at RK Bridal. Her cheerful personality is infectious, taste second to none; and she has an innate ability to style brides My experience with Sheryl at RK Bridal was first class!

I have been wanting to write a review about this place for awhile. I got married 6 months ago (still going strong!!!) and wanted to share my experience. My girls are spread throughout the US. RK Bridal offers this great online program with a funny name. Its called their "no frills" program. And it turned out to be perfect for me. I just registered with them and then my girls all submitted their orders. The dresses were mailed directly to them, no stress for me!!! They will beat another price by 5% if you find a lower price then theirs. PERFECTION!!! My gown was a cinch! I have heard/read all these horror stories about shopping for your wedding gown. My consultant was Nicole. I described what I was looking for and went straight to the dress rail and found it. Unfortunately that style did not look good on me, so she suggested another style. That turned out the be THE DRESS!!! She really knows what looks good on the body. I am so happy to have found a Bridal store that took care of all my needs!

this place is horrible. it is so awful that i am writing negative reviews about it everywhere i can find to online, and i have never done that before. customer service clearly is not valued AT ALL here. the people are uniformly incompetent and disinterested. they could not be more unhelpful. they overcharged my credit card by $400, they do not accept returns (i tried to return my overpriced guest book), they put my dress order in under the wrong name, they never called me to tell me the dresses were in, when i went in to pick up a dress that should have been there i waited for 30+ minutes before they told me that it must have shipped, they could not find a receipt for my dresses (which is convenient, since they overcharged me so much) and i waited while they dug through their generic receipts in a cardboard box for a receipt they never found. this place is dirty and run down, the employees are awful, and you are pretty much gauranteed to walk out of this place with new gray hairs.
