STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

I purchased a ring for the love of my life on Valentine's day 2012. and what not, e few days later a painful breakup. Off course I tried to return the ring and was told that there is no refund of any kind, store credit only, valid for a year, take it or leave it. I stopped by in the following year to try to find something I like in the store, but nothing is in there but OVERPRICED junk. SO I decided to just get the ring back since it hasn't been sold, still in the display. And keep it as a memory of my ex. So you see the ring has more of a sentimental value. I went there a week after my store credit expired and asked if anyway they could help me out. the answer was from the owner a short sentence "Nothing I can do". great way to help your costumer Lady. Not even a try... a late fee... a Sorry..... I call it a day light robbery, a RIPOFF. 5 minutes later she calls my cell phone saying she feels bad and offers me some discount on my next purchase, and lied about the ring I just saw five minutes ago being sold... Really Lady??? there is nothing in your store valuable, including your overpriced junk and your costumer service skills. No way I'm ever going back to that store. I can only agree with the other reviews on Yelp. an awful place with rude service and nothing to buy. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS STORE! There are way better places to spend your money on the UWS.

I got my first wedding anniversary ring here. There is a wonderful selection of delicate and interesting jewelry of all types. Highly recommended!!

An Amazing Experience!

Despite what you might read below I truly believe that Roslyn is on your side! Recently I needed to have my engagement ring diamonds reset (due to being mislead in the Diamond District). I saw a gorgeous ring in Roslyn's neighborhood shop and she and her jeweler were able to take the pave diamonds from my ring to create a replica. I held onto my solitaire diamond until the ring was complete. Roslyn accompanied me to the jeweler to oversee the setting of my diamond. She was there every step of the way making sure everything was done to perfection which really relieved a lot of my stress. My husband and I could not be happier with our beautiful new ring! The overall experience felt very comfortable and personal. If you are looking for an intimate experience and a stunning jewelry selection, Roslyn's is the place for you!

Beautiful Rings

I love the ring I recently picked out with Roslyn. It's a delicate band with diamonds, and it's perfect! I can wear it with or without my engagement ring. I want to thank Roslyn for all her help, you won't find another boutique like hers anywhere in the city, that's for sure. Plus, it's a great place for matching bridesmaids gifts!

A Fairy Tale Experience

My fiancee brought me to this great little store to pick a wedding bang, and I could not be happier. The owner helped us pick from her wide, not to mention beautiful selection herself. Not only does this store carry gorgeous traditional rings, but they also have a wide range of more eccentric but equally enticing rings. I left with a beautiful platinum ring, with diamonds and turquoise accents. Not only is it amazing, it's totally me. And the way they helped us, I felt very important. They were very nice, without being pushy, I never felt pressured.

Great Selection Great Experience

I was looking for a stackable set of rings when I stepped into Roslyn's. She helped me herself and I bought a set of beautiful rings in yellow, rose and white gold. They treated me great, and were very helpful, letting me try on quite a few sets before I made my selection. She even had my own rings cleaned while I was browsing, for free! I left feeling super happy with my purchase and I'm definitely going back!

Absolutely Amazing Antique Rings

I stop by the store all the time, even if it's not to buy but just to admire their wide range of beautiful jewelry. My husband and I have matching wedding rings from this store, but I wish he'd also bought my engagement ring from here because their selection of vintage rings are GORGEOUS. And Roslyn has a good eye for matching you with great jewelry, and she and her salesladies are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your purchase. I definitely recommend this enchanting little shop to anyone who wants great jewelry at great prices.

The Best Hats

I stopped in with my sister, and we ended up spending the next half hour trying on the wonderful and crazy hats at this store! They have a very large selection of hats, (with even more in the basement) from more modern style fedoras and caps, to wacky but wonderful flower studded wool slope hats. My sister bought this great folded brim hat with a feather flower on the side and I bought a kind of flapper style hat with fur and beautiful hand beading and stitching. The staff was super nice and they helped us try on a bunch of hats and find the ones that fit us. And Roslyn (who the store is named after) took a few dollars off each hat, just because she saw how much we loved them! Truly a fun experience with artistic, imaginative people. We're definitely going back.

Wonderful Jewelry Boutique

I've been there a few times and I love their jewelry. Roslyn carries beautiful items you won't see anywhere else. I bought a pair of earrings that I still absolutely love and wear till this day. And the hats are amazing. The hat I wanted wasn't in my size and Roslyn offered to have it made for me, no extra charge. She has a great eye and really enjoys helping people. I love to go back any time I'm in the area.
