Terrible customer service. Terrible advice re fit of clothing

Re the Searle on Third Ave btw 74th and 75th. I bought a coat that I was told fit me perfectly. I was unsure but trusted the salesperson's advice. When I got it home my daughter and close friends told me it looked ridiculous me... way too big. It was pretty expensive and I had been ambivalent but the salesperson offered to give me a small discount. When I returned the coat I was told that discount meant I couldn't get the cost credited back to my credit card but had to have a large store credit to a store I NEVER WANT TO GO INTO AGAIN. I've never had such a terrible time in any store. THEY REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OR WITH ANY CUSTOMERS. Bring a friend to get another opinion when you shop there. Better yet, save yourself a lot of grief and shop elsewhere. THEY ARE THE WORST.
Dishonest, incompetent, and condescending staff

No concept of customer service. Brazenly dishonest, with the goal of swindling every penny out of your wallet.
Coats are best buy

The sheepskin coats here are good quality and not bad price. Sweaters, etc are pricey but fun. Service is fair.
