This place confirms every awful stereotype about comic shops, and that's particularly true of the owner, a foul-mouthed cretin who thinks nothing of screaming about "f--king fa-gots" at 12:30 on a Wednesday with a store full of people. That aside, the store stocks lots of beat-up, shelf-worn trades and sells them as new, and the new releases are usually bent up and folded over on the racks. Go to Bergen, Rocketship, or any of Manhattan's better-run stores. (The girls who work there on weekends are helpful and nice, though!)
