A MUST see & TRY

Once you try their meats, you will never get supermarket meat. I bought a chicken for soup and everyone raved about the soup. The flavor was fresh and sweet. It tasted unlike any other chicken soup I've ever made. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you prod the proprietors enough, they will tell you stories about the old neighborhood which alone will keep you wanting to go back for more. Skip the trip to Trader Joe's substandard meats and try Staubitz. You won't regret it.
