"The Ron at Grand Central"

As soon as I entered the door I was greeted with a huge welcoming and great big smile from a crowd of eager youngsters. I was looking for a possible gift and doubt I would find something , boy was I wrong. An associate with a name tag that read " The Ron" showed me many different watches and showed me all the specifics on each, he let me try on all sorts of watches and was very welcoming. He was very kind and humorous even after I told him I probably would not buy anything, showing me that he was genuinely that nice. He then showed me a watch that matched everything I told him about the person I was looking for and then gave a me a great deal on a second watch!! After tons of trying on a details I left the store with 2 watches for me, a gift, and a VIP card for free watch service!! By far the best service I have ever received and I would only go back to see "The Ron"
