Fantastic coat!

Yes, I would go back!

I have to say that while getting the coat did take some time, and sometimes getting someone one the other end of the phone line was a task, my coat, the finished product, is lovely! I realize that this process involves dealing with people, and people are busy and less than perfect, but I am willing to deal with that, and wait, for a coat that is far more amazing than anything one will ever find on any rack in any store.

Greatness takes time... but not that much time! And hang on, that's not even what we ordered!!!

No, I would not go back!

I wish I had seen the review above before getting swept away in the Teddy Boy moment. Maybe then we would have thought twice in ordering anything. We were also visiting from out of town and ordered a made to measure coat to be sent via the post in three weeks of our order. We actually paid in full when ordering the coat, naively thinking that nothing would go wrong. Three weeks passed and no coat, four weeks, five weeks... after numerous messages left and emails sent (with a response saying, "Greatness takes time"), the coat finally arrived over eight weeks after if was first ordered. Unfortunately. the coat that arrived was completely oversize and wasn't even anywhere near the style of the original coat the was ordered! Thankfully we were able to return the coat and after a bit of prodding, able to get a refund. Honestly, unless you want a bit of retail drama in your life, don't get anything made to measure from these guys. Buying straight off the rack for uber coolness is however recommended.

Better off sewing your own clothes!!!

No, I would not go back!

I was visiting NY from out of town and wanted to get some stylish gear. Got measured from head to toe by the owner and he wanted a down payment prior to doing the work, 1st RED FLAG. Do not even get me started on how they ask for money upfront...to the tune of my mortgage payment! I'm a new customer to the store and they do not even deliver the final product! 2nd RED FLAG is asking to stop by the store for more measurements and BS about how busy they are and that my clothing is still not ready! 3rd RED FLAG...not returning any of my calls, stopping by and the owner is never there or even worse, informing you the clothes are ready...stop by and guess what? NOT READY and no owner present! Not worth the time or money. Karma...
