worst sales people

The service there is terrible .The manager Jerry should be doing stock, he cant meausure shirts take too long and and if there is something wrong with the meausurements it takes another five weeks to get the shirts back Overall a lousy experience.

Buyer Beware

After waiting 5 weeks for 3 shirts that I purchased, it turns out that the arms were 1 inch too short, the chest was 3 to 4 inches too wide, the collar was too tight, and the arm holes were like 2 inches too big (that's 4 inches in circumference). This shirt looked absolutely ridiculous, like meant for a clown since the proportions were all wrong. After complaining, the black lady confirmed these mistakes by Jeremy, but not after first insulting me a few times. These were deliberate insults, not careless remarks. No one has the power to refit or give refunds, except for Jeremy. So, I had to wait until after he finished at the gym on a Monday. So, he agreed to send them back to be remade, or so I thought. This took another 5 weeks. To cut a long story short, I wanted a refund because their product is terrible but they didn't give me one.
