bought something onsale and they wouldnt let exchange within just several hours of purchase. The sales representative did not mention about no change for sale items. The receipt just said no refund for sale items but didnt say no exchange for sale items. And Receipt said exchange can be done within 7 days. owner is not flexible even with my offer of exchange for more than what the item cost. so ruined my first time experience. definitely wont go back.
