In cluttered St. Marks, it's great to find a store where the people really care about what they are selling and are wearing the clothes you see hanging right next to you. Every employee, upstairs and down, will help you find the right size pants with a smile and wave when you see them outside and you're heading home. Most of the stores in St. Marks are employed with people who just want to make a quick buck. I strongly suggest going to Trash and Vaudeville.

When searching for hard to find articles of clothing T&V is the spot. I wanted a L.A.M.B. coat that sold out all over the country, I called all over the planet until I called the company show room. They took a few day but found that Trip had the coat. When I went to get the coat trip also had several jackets that I could not find any where else. Not only do they have rock god attire, but high fashion pieces that may be hard to find. Do not be fooled by the look of the store...they have the goods, and the neighborhood is good fun as well. I make the day of my trips to Trash. I have loved this store since I was in college. They always have the cutting edge designers and clothing.
