Waterworks used to be fantastic....expensive but great quality and style. My first apartment had all Waterworks fixtures and I loved it. Renovated current apt 2 yrs ago with Waterworks fixtures, finishes are rubbing off and the customer service is plainly HORRIBLE. Restoration Hardware now sells quality replicas for far less than half the price and while RH's service is very mediocre, it hurts much less when u pay $600 versus $2500 for an identical metal medicine cabinet
