Worst wedding vendor ever

No, I would not go back!

Brides beware! The Wedding Library is the worst wedding vendor, ever. Terrible service, completely unprofessional, totally unaccountable and unreliable. I have actually never worked with such a terrible vendor in my life. I would write up my entire experience that I had with them, but don't even want to waste my time because they're not worth it. Just trust me that you don't want to be counting on this vendor and their staff for your special day.

Love Them!

Yes, I would go back!

I went to the Wedding Library with 8 of my bridesmaids to look at Thread dresses and couldn't have been happier! The dresses look incredible (my girls are not easy to please either). The salesperson was so helpful and nice and made it super easy to order. Great atmosphere!

I had no idea this place existed but I was so happy to have stumbles upon it. I was walking down 78th street and saw this cute brownstone tucked away so I swung in to get an idea of what they had. They had a HUGE selection of bridesmaid dresses and invitations! I can't wait to go back with my mom.. such a fabulous place!

Wedding Library Saved Me!

I bought a bridesmaids dress for my teenage daughter for my sister's wedding. When the dress came, it was one size two small as I measured incorrectly. I was going to try to have it altered, but I called up the wedding library up to see if there was anything they could do. They checked the size on the sample which was exactly the size I needed and offered to swap dresses with me! They sent the dress to me overnight and I sent back the one I had bought so they could use it for their sample. The salesperson I worked with was extremely helpful and friendly. I only had two weeks until the wedding when I discovered the dress was too small and the Wedding Library really helped me solve my crisis! I am so glad we used them for the dresses and highly recommend them.

I went to Vera Wang who barely helped us and not to mention the dresses were horrible with the exception of one or two. After our appointment, we went over to the Wedding Library right around the corner. What a night and day experience. The saleswoman was amazing (she was also engaged!) and had great advice and suggestions. They have a huge selection of dresses - the hardest part was choosing!

Yes, I would go back!

I went to the Wedding Library this past Saturday and had such a refreshing experience. This was my 4th appointment of the day, I was running about 20 minutes late and luckily they were still able to accommodate me. I found 2 beautiful dresses (loved the group discount, my girls will love me for that), I will be bringing my maid of honor back next week to make the final decision. Also the woman working in stationery was amazing! The shop was so cute, and was full of great wedding stuff. I would recommend The Wedding Library to any bride.

I came here to see the Amsale bridesmaids dresses, but I couldn't believe everything that goes on there. There were a bunch of floors with the cutest stuff - I was in bridal overload. I got a great photographer and cute cards through them too. Great place - check it out ladies!

Having searched the entire city for bridesmaid dresses my girls would actually wear, I was at my wit's end when my friend recommended me to The Wedding Library. They carry the full range of Amsale and Monique Lhuillier dresses, which are not only gorgeous but also affordable. My consultant steered me in the right direction as there are just so many dresses to choose from. We were able to narrow it down to a few choices and all my bridesmaids get to wear their own style (love!). My consultant made the entire ordering process so smooth and easy for my 10 (yes 10!) bridesmaids. Having been a bridesmaid before, and now a busy bride planning her own wedding, this was such a relief! I would recommend booking your appointment early, since they tend to get fairly busy on the weekend. Thank you so much!

The Wedding Library was extremely pleasant, and very helpful with selecting the prefect dresses for my wedding! The staff was very knowledgable about their products, and very accomedating for my large group! They definately have the best selection of bridesmaid's dresses in NYC. Have not had any issues as some of the other reviews! I had an amazing experience and really appreciated the staff's help and recommendations! A++!
