I now amend my review on my shopping xp in Woodbury, NY. Glad to share that the double-charge matter is now amicably resolved by Maggie Dutton of Coach. Which now regained my confidence in shopping with them again n will surely tell all my frenz too....of cuzzzzz!!!! Enjoyed very much shopping in Woodbury during my vacation in NY on 6/5/2009. However, discovered I was double-charged on 1 of my COACH handbag [USD152.99] when I return to hotel in NY. since the next day we need to fly to Vancouver for our cruise was only able to write to them when I return to Malaysia. Immediately wrote to them on 16/6/2009 and my courier slip returned signed receipt on16/6/2009. However, am still waiting for their reply till todate....despite my 1st reminder letter dd 16/7/2009. Anyone any clue how can I get my refund for the double-charge???? - Thnxs....Hv sent 2nd Reminder today.

I have worked at Woodbury Common for 10 years and I love it. A few tips: Try to avoid weekends. It gets crazy busy and you will be waiting on lines to check out and in some stores, lines just to enter. If you do have to visit on the weekends, try to arrive at 10:00am when the stores open. Sunday evening and monday morning are the worst time for a good selection of goods. After a busy weekend the most popular sizes and styles are sold out. Stores do not receive a shipment during the weekend and if they receive one monday morning it still can take several hours to process and put on the sales floor. AnastasiaSaro@yahoo.com

From Crate & Barrel to Dolce & Gabbana, this place has absolutely EVERYTHING that you might want to get for yourself or as a gift for someone else. I would recommend avoiding Black Friday and Labor Day unless you can get there right when it opens, because if you try to get there in the middle of the day you will be stuck in bad traffic. A lot of stores there actually start discounting their inventory a couple of days before those big shopping weekends, so that's something to keep in mind, too. I LOVE Woodbury Common and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves to shop. Enjoy!

I usually never right reviews, but Woodbury Common Premium Outlets really is a great place to shop. My whole family can go shopping and everyone find everything they need. We all love high-end brand names, so it's great because we get the great quality behind every name at affordable prices. What I found helpful was to go on their website: www.premiumoutlets.com/woodburycommon to see all the current store listings (they have a bunch of new ones like Chloe, Thomas Pink and Vineyard Vines) AND use the VIP Shopper Club on the site to get even more discounts! This shopping center is definitely the best. The prices are great, the atmosphere is fantastic, and it's not that far of a drive from NYC. I will most certainly do just about all my shopping at this center. I highly recommend it!

I love this place I go for the kids, I go for my husband and I go for me dkny always my fist stop 145.00 for 4 blouses and 3 pairs of jeans , next it's banana republic 180.00 for 4 outfits alot of looking around and finish it off with starbucks coffe I love this place!!!!!!
