I LOVE Zara! 90% of my clothing comes from here.. But as of lately I have been very dissatisfied with customer service n quality of clothes especially at this particular location. I stopped in this saturday because I had a last minute event to attend an time was drawing near. I needed something sexy n chick n inexpensive, so first thought like always ZARA! I know my size so majority of the time there is no need for me to try on the clothes before buying it. Big mistake on my part because it came n bit me in the ass. I went in found the perfect shirt n white shorts to match, thought to my self perfect. I quickly paid n headed out. But when I got home the shorts was badly stained n the zipper was non existing n the shirt the zipper as well was not working. From the moment I noticed the imperfections of the garments I tried calling the store to make the aware of the situation n 24hours later i have still have yet to get n employee on the phone. Only I'd their employees would spend less time coversing with each other the wold notice stuff like this an not put it back on the floor. Smh never again. You guys just lost a valuable customer.
