I really liked Perfect Crime. The story was very well-crafted and the twists and turns of the unraveling mystery were actually suspenseful, not corny or shore-horned in. This is an inherently intelligent play, but it does contain a lot of humor (and plenty of sexual innuendo!) I saw the current cast and thought they were excellent.

Why would anyone go and see this play - my advice? Don't bother. The theatre is small yet you still can't see! The air conditioning is noisy, the actors mostly mumble, especially the policeman! I am not surprised that the tickets are heavily discounted - the show is old, tired and should have been retired ages ago, I have been to better amateur productions, if fact I have been to better school plays!

Perfect Crime is a funny, sexy thriller that keeps the audience entertained and engaged throughout the entire performance. Perfect Crime opens with what appears to be a murder, but twists in the plot cause the audience members to re-evaluate what they have seen and to question everything. The acting was very convincing and the story line was interesting. This show has all of the components that make up a great show. As a fan of both theater and mysteries, I would encourage all theater enthusiasts and mystery buffs to see this show!
