One Suit, Four Ways

The Suit: Burberry London Milbury wool suit, $1,195 at Burberry, 9 E. 57th St., at Fifth Ave.; 212-407-7100.
Look 1: Fashion Minimalist
Styled by Phillip Salem, owner of Owen
While the dark-gray suit errs on the traditional side, the gleaming-gold ceramic bow tie and black cotton button-up steer the outfit more toward the avant-garde. Salem especially likes the shirt because it’s “soft, yet fitted, so you’re not stiff when dancing.” The general lack of accessories (save for the tie) streamlines the look, which is anchored by eye-catching walnut shoes.
