Its outgoing staff eagerly directs brides-to-be toward the new line of Australian Pleasure State bras that come in sizes B to DD (from $80), as well as the store’s own private label.

In business since 1888, Town Shop carries an enormous selection of bustiers in sizes 32A to 40G, including designs from Le Mystère and Felina. Wild brides shouldn’t overlook the marabou-feather high-heeled slippers ($40) or the very intimate thong embroidered with the husband-to-be’s name ($22, in black, pink, white, or red). Alterations are free.
