This stylist specializes in extensions and romantic bridal looks. Trials are $200; day-of rates are $300 for the bride and $150 for each additional person.

Danielle Caputo

Caputo is all about giving hair a “natural, fuller appearance” and has worked with magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar and Elle. Trials are $250; day-of styling is $350 for the bride and from $100 for others.

Devachan Salon & Wei Lang Spa

Known for their work with curls, these pros (who use largely organic products) do cuts and updos starting at $100 each. The in-house spa offers a full range of body treatments, including massages ($150 per hour) and facials ($130 per hour). (ecofriendly / good value)

Dov Salon

A veteran of runway shows (Chanel, Thierry Mugler) and magazines (Italian Vogue, Elle), Dov is known for custom hairpieces that make any style look fuller. Consultations start at $250; day-of styling from $500.

Eliút Salon

The stylists here specialize in extensions that last up to four months (from $1,500). Trials sans extensions start at $150. Makeup from in-house pro Robin Narvaez starts at $125 on-site; trials are $160.

Eva Scrivo

Salon owner Scalia caters to each bride’s style and bone structure when dreaming up bridal dos. Consultations are $175 to $275, day-of updos are from $175, and blowouts are from $60.

Frédéric Fekkai

Bridal updos (starting at $325) at this luxury salon are soft and understated. Fekkai also offers the Beauty Getaway package, a 115-minute combo that covers all the necessities: manicure, pedicure, and bikini wax (from $115).

Garren New York

The stylists at this gorgeous salon are known for their versatility, but brides who want a classic look should book Jason Quinn. Manabu Unno handles edgier dos and extensions. Cuts and styling with namesake Garren Defazio are $700.

Hairstylist Anthony Dickey is a longtime master of texture-specific services for straight, kinky, or curly hair. His bridal trials start at $300. Day-of styles in the salon are an additional $500; on-site styling starts at $1,500.

Hiro Haraguchi Salon
