The head cheerleader of day spas is as popular as ever with the young and trendy who love the triple-oxygen facial ($160) and carrot-and-sesame body buff ($165). Just as beloved is the spot’s young vibe via modish décor and trays of cookies and cheeses. Bonus: Brides nervous about the big-day spotlight can get Bliss’s brand-new Thinny Thin Chin Treatment ($65).

Chopra Center & Spa at Dream

At this Eastern-inspired midtown spa, couples can indulge in a detoxifying mud-and-steam session ($65), full-body massages using warm herbalized oils ($185 for 70 minutes), and the Navina sensory bath with herbs and essential oils ($65). Save 10 percent when three or more treatments per person are booked.

Christine Chin Spa

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen swears by Christine Chin’s Glow facial, which includes deep-pore cleansing, massage, a mud mask, and a ginseng mask (from $120). The spa also offers a wide array of body treatments.

Clarins Skin Spa

This spa is known for its customized wedding regimen, either a six-week ($1,279.20) or nine-week ($1,653.60) workup to the big day. The weekly sessions include cellulite control, exfoliation, and makeup lessons. They can accommodate private soirées of five to ten in their orchid-filled solarium ($75 to $150 per person).

Completely Bare

This popular spa specializes in hair removal; it’s a best bet for a Brazilian wax before a beach honeymoon. Sign up for microdermabrasion ($185 a session) to give your skin a boost before the wedding.

Cornelia Day Resort

Bridal groups can opt for the half-day package, which includes a Champagne lunch ($500), or design a package to their specifications. Book a spa suite where you can hang and dine together in between private treatments (from $2,500), or relax on their roof garden with a view of Saint Patrick’s Cathedral (from $6,500).

Delluva Vinotherapy Day Spa

Delluva is the only spa in New York to offer vinotherapy (à la wine grapes). Its bridal packages (starting from $1,350) pamper brides for four months leading up to the wedding, with monthly facials and massages, plus makeup application on the day of the wedding.

With its surprisingly comprehensive supply of Guinot and other luxurious products, this uptown spa is an unassuming source for bridal pampering. Try the famously gentle bikini wax or the Body & Soul wrap, which is engineered to minimize bloating ($80).

Dorit Baxter

This midtown spa is best known for its waxes (lip, $12; bikini, $29), but brides and their guests will love the well-priced packages, like the half-day Body Beautifier: a Swedish massage, facial, sea-salt scrub, and choice of manicure or pedicure ($225).

Faina European Day Spa

This low-key spa has adjustable walls to accommodate bridal parties of up to eight (save 10 to 20 percent for groups). The Couples Retreat includes a steam shower, body scrub, massage, facial, and snack; $220 per person. Book one month in advance.

Gansevoort Spa

This spa lurks in Hotel Gansevoort’s lower level, changing its skin on weekend nights to a posh lounge. Treatments here are top tier. Facials start at $70, and the spa features a couple’s massage under a rooftop cabana ($180).

Gloria Cabrera Salon and Spa

This midtown oasis pampers brides and their friends with individual services or with the Bridal Shower package, which includes a massage, facial, pedicure, manicure, hairstyling, and makeup application ($225 per person).

Great Jones Spa

With water cures and hot-stone saunas, Great Jones is a best bet for relaxation before or after the wedding. Brides and grooms can take advantage of the VIP room with Duet massages and a private Jacuzzi. On the more affordable side are their colonic irrigations ($160).

This hip but unpretentious Soho spot is a great place for all the usual spa treatments, including fantastic pedicures (from $38) and facials (from $65). Want more? For $15,000, you and up to 30 friends can have a full-day private party at the spa.

J'Adore Day Spa

This minimalist spa offers a package that is anything but: The Rejuvenate includes an exfoliating honey-and-milk polish, a scalp massage, manicure, paraffin pedicure, and facial, all for $200. Wine is served with all packages (starting from $95).

J. Sisters International

This beauty parlor is famous for its incredibly thorough bikini waxes, but it’s also a good place for all-in-one bridal packages. On the big day, sign up for the works: a manicure-pedicure, hair, makeup, and, of course, a Brazilian ($500 to $600).

La Prairie at the Ritz-Carlton Spa

La Prairie is the place for a girls’ get-together. With plush and roomy relaxation areas and six treatment rooms, booking services like the rich Silver Rain manicure ($70) and pedicure ($105) or Diamond Perfection “top-to-toe” treatment (from $215) is as much an exercise in primping as in catching up with bridesmaids.

Lather Spa

The Lather Spa package ($300) pampers brides with pedicures and manicures ($25 to $60), and facial and massages ($65 to $320). Lather can accommodate groups of fifteen to twenty, and offers an “express” aromatherapy massage lasting just 30 minutes ($75).

La Vie Zen Spa

This small spa caters to bridal parties (packages start at $500) looking for exotic treatments. With the popular double-chocolate pedicure ($70), you’ll find truffles at your feet and hot cocoa in your hand. After experiencing the “Vichy Shower” hydrotherapy treatment (starting from $150), you can relax in the second-floor French garden.
