Once the office of twenties tycoon John W. Campbell, the restored Campbell Apartment (15 Vanderbilt Ave.; 212-953-0409) features 25-foot-tall ceilings painted in the style of a thirteenth-century Florentine palace, a huge stone fireplace, and a balcony. Kick the night
off with Gin-Berry Fizzes on the terrace, then move inside for dinner (up to 75 people).
Brunch: Design a menu with the dining director for brunch in the Rose Room or the Granite Room at City Hall
(131 Duane St.; 212-227-7777).
