1. Jack RoseLaird's Apple 100 Brandy, lemon juice, grenadine. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add an apple sliver. 2. Pimm's Royale
Pimm's No. 1 Cup, lemon juice, simple syrup, champagne. This drink is built, not shaken. Pour the ingredients on top of each other, into an ice-filled wine glass. Add cucumbers or orange slices.
